Founded in 2007, Rototec is a total solution provider of geothermal energy systems operating in Finland and Sweden. Rototec is a B2B service provider to dealers of heating and cooling systems, property management companies, commercial property owners and construction companies. Rototec has developed the Rototec Geothermal Energy Systems (RGES) platform, which is an operational framework of best business practices, streamlined processes and optimised drilling machinery. Rototec uses tailored, web based ERP software, to optimise the use of resources and to ensure a high quality and timely delivery of geothermal energy systems as part of the RGES Platform.
Historically, the industry has traditionally been made up of single-service providers who are either active as geothermal drillers (DTH), Thermal Response Test Engineers (TRT) or Earth Energy Designers (EED). Rototec is the first company in the industry to provide a complete solution with our RGES Platform. Rototec installations can be either residential or commercial. Rototec´s products and services are offered to dealers of heating systems, property management companies and construction companies with whom Rototec maintains on-going working relationships through the high quality standard of our products and services. This is essential for continued co-operation and winning new projects. Installations are carried out by independent contractors, which are connected to the RGES Platform. Input materials are purchased directly from the manufacturers, which in combination with large purchasing volumes enable the Company to take advantage of economies of scale.
